Founded in 1942 by Joseph Arlaud and Renée Amiot, this family estate has become a contemporary benchmark thanks to exemplary biodynamics and an unwavering quest for precision.

A Story of Passion and Terroir

The journey began in 1942, when Joseph Arlaud and Renée Amiot combined their Burgundian roots to found the estate. In 1983, Hervé Arlaud structured and expanded the holdings by acquiring renowned climats. Since 2013, Cyprien Arlaud has led the domaine alongside Romain and Bertille Arlaud, guiding a vision built on exacting standards, soil respect and crystalline terroir expression.

A 15-Hectare Estate, Certified Biodynamic

The vineyard spans 15 hectares across 19 appellations — from regional bottlings to the Côte de Nuits’ most prestigious Grands Crus.

In the cellar, gravity-flow winemaking and long ageing (16–18 months) deliver remarkable aromatic clarity. Judicious sulphur use preserves freshness and energy. The reds show satiny textures, silky tannins and elegant aromatic intensity.

The Bourgogne “Roncevie” cuvée captures this identity perfectly: pure fruit, suppleness and balance — a true calling card for the estate.
