The domaine covers around 17 hectares, spread across a broad range of Côte de Beaune appellations, including Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin, Bouzeron and Pernand-Vergelesses. Chardonnay largely dominates, complemented by a few Pinot Noir parcels dedicated to Chassagne reds.
The jewel of the domaine remains its micro-parcel of Montrachet Grand Cru, of around 0.26 hectares, complemented by vines in Bâtard-Montrachet, Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet and, according to some sources, a rare presence in Chevalier-Montrachet. Vinification and tailor-made ageing

Harvest: manual, with rigorous sorting and a search for precise ripeness.
Fermentation: parcel-based vinification, natural fermentations in barrel for the whites.
Ageing: generally 12 to 18 months depending on the cuvée, with new oak used sparingly.
