Château Figeac holds a distinctive position in Saint-Émilion thanks to its deep gravel soils, a rare feature on Bordeaux’s Right Bank. This soil identity allows for a significant proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc in the blend, bringing structure, freshness and elegance that set Figeac apart from more Merlot-dominated profiles.

The 2015 vintage offers a generous, luminous and beautifully balanced expression of Château Figeac. Nose:
The bouquet may reveal notes of blackcurrant, blackberry, black cherry, violet, cedar, graphite and fine spices. The whole expression is deep, precise and marked by the aromatic nobility of Cabernet varieties on Figeac’s terroir.

Palate & Finish:
The palate is broad, fresh and structured, with fine tannins, lovely energy and a beautifully defined texture. The finish lingers on dark fruit, graphite, cedar, spice and an elegant mineral touch, offering a refined and long-lasting expression of Château Figeac.
