Located on the northern slope of Gevrey-Chambertin, the Lavaux Saint Jacques climat is among the village’s most renowned. South-east exposure, moderate slopes and limestone soils mixed with fine clay give rise to wines of depth, vibrancy and distinctive character — marked by mineral elegance and precision.
