Terroir

The Pinot Noir is sourced primarily from Cumières in the Marne Valley, grown on south-facing clay-limestone soils, bringing ripeness, texture and aromatic depth. The Chardonnay, from the Côte des Blancs (Chouilly), adds freshness, tension and precision.

This rosé is crafted using the house’s signature infusion method, allowing gentle extraction from the Pinot Noir and seamless integration with Chardonnay, resulting in a balanced expression of structure and finesse.
