Palate: broad, silky, fresh and firmly structured, with precise fruit carried by a noble tannic frame. Flavours of black cherry, Morello cherry, raspberry, red plum, fine spices, liquorice, black tea, fine earth and dried flowers unfold with depth, supported by ripe, fine and well-integrated tannins. The finish is long, mineral, lightly saline and spicy, with an impression of depth, seriousness and great Burgundian persistence.
