Laurent Tribut – Classic Precision & Timeless Chablis Purity
Pure, restrained and saline — a Chablis style that captures the very soul of Kimmeridgian limestone.
Style & Winemaking
The wines of Laurent Tribut are renowned for their elegant austerity in youth, evolving with age into remarkable saline complexity. Winemaking is guided by a philosophy of minimal intervention and respect for terroir:
- Natural fermentations in tanks and old oak barrels
- Long élevage on lees with minimal intervention
- Late bottling to preserve structure and tension
The result: luminous, finely chiseled Chablis with chalky minerality and outstanding aging potential.
Signature Cuvées
Chablis
The purest expression of the house style: taut, chalky Chardonnay with oyster shell, fresh citrus, and white flower aromatics. A saline, perfectly balanced palate with notable aging capacity.
Chablis 1er Cru Beauroy
A broader and more floral register than the village cuvée, offering generous texture while retaining the mineral tension characteristic of Chablis terroirs.
Other Cuvées
- Chablis 1er Cru Côte de Léchet — rare and highly sought after
- Small village cuvées — released in limited allocations
