Viticulture & Winemaking

Domaine Guiberteau is farmed under certified organic agriculture. Vineyard practices respect soil health through cover crops, light ploughing, hand harvesting, and optimal ripeness management. For the whites, whole-cluster pressing, natural fermentations, blocked malolactic, and long aging on lees in French oak are the rule.
