A Legend Among Burgundy Grands Crus
Founded in 1909 in Gevrey-Chambertin, Domaine Armand Rousseau is one of Burgundy’s most revered names. At the age of 25, Armand Rousseau acquired his first prestigious parcels — Charmes-Chambertin, Chambertin, and Clos de la Roche — and became, in the 1930s, a pioneer of estate bottling. Visionary, he was among the first to export Burgundy wines to the United States after Prohibition, laying the foundation for a global reputation.
Exceptional Terroirs at the Heart of Gevrey-Chambertin
