Produced exclusively from Pinot Noir, the wines of Domaine Armand Rousseau are renowned for their balance between finesse and intensity. In youth, the wines often show bright red cherry, raspberry, black cherry, wild strawberry, violet, rose, fine spices and subtle earthy nuances. Viticulture and vinification
The domaine follows a precise and respectful approach in both vineyard and cellar. The soils are carefully worked, the vines are meticulously tended, and harvesting is carried out by hand. The average vine age is often cited at around 40 to 45 years, contributing depth, concentration and natural balance to the wines.
