"(...) the 2017 Blaufränkisch Ried Golser Altenberg was fermented in stainless steel and aged in used barriques for 18 months. This is deep and complex on the perfectly ripe nose. Full-bodied, salty and fresh on the palate, this is a nervy, finessed and complex Blaufränkisch with rich and generous fruit but also precision, finesse and mineral vitality. A great Blaufränkisch indeed. (...)"
