Riesling Zellerweg Am Schwarzen Herrgott 2020 - Battenfeld-Spanier

"(...) the 2020 Zellerweg Am Schwarzen Herrgott Riesling GG is very clear and bright yet also deep, complex and salty on the coolish nose that still shows a yeasty layer. Silky, elegant and juicy on the palate, with fine spiciness and still somewhat brittle tannins on the still-bitter finish, this is too reductive in the mouth to start singing at this stage. Time will tell us more about the real nature of this always exciting Riesling. (...)"
