Crafted from the Block 2 vineyard, this 2019 Chardonnay delivers a refined and focused expression of Central Otago’s schist soils.
Nose: White blossoms, green melon, citrus (lemon, grapefruit), mineral oyster-shell notes and saline undertones, accented by a hint of ginger.
Palate: Crisp entry, bright and balanced acidity. Slightly creamy texture without overt oak. Fresh fruit (green apple, pear) leads to a saline, invigorating finish.
