“La Lune” 2022 by Ferme de la Sansonnière is a benchmark dry Chenin Blanc from the schist soils of Anjou. Crafted by Mark and Martial Angeli, it is a biodynamic, natural white wine with tension, salinity, and remarkable purity.
Nose: ripe white fruits, mandarin, white flowers, subtle honey, warm stone
Palate: round yet taut texture, fine salinity, vibrant acidity
Finish: dry, mineral, lingering with floral and citrus notes
