Crafted by the Olazabal family on historic land from the 19th century, this wine is sourced from old vines on schist, granite and alluvial soils. Fermented in granite lagares and aged 16–18 months in oak (60 % new), the style is focused, elegant and powerful.
Nose: blackcurrant, blackberry, spice, violet, with a hint of balsamic.
Palate: full-bodied and structured, polished tannins, bright acidity. Long finish with dark fruit, refined oak and spice.
