"Completely destemmed because rather too much rot. Attractive mid crimson purple. There is a fair intensity of fruit without too much detail. Quite full red fruit with a vanilla edge, a little bit drier behind, a touch of orange zest. Sound more than vibrant, but may have more development to come."
