Founded in 1999 by the Boisset family, Domaine de la Vougeraie embodies a modern, exacting approach to Burgundian viticulture. Based in Premeaux-Prissey, just south of Nuits-Saint-Georges, the estate unites family holdings assembled since 1964 (beginning with vines in Gevrey-Chambertin) under a single, clear identity — precise, elegant, and environmentally respectful.
Today the domaine covers about 37 hectares across 29 appellations in the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune. Its scale, paired with exemplary farming, makes it a key force in Burgundy’s contemporary biodynamic movement.
