- Color: Pale gold with green highlights in youth, evolving to deeper golden and amber tones with age.
- Nose: A delicate, layered bouquet combining buttery notes with aromas of baked apple, citrus, pineapple, linden, fern, juniper, cinnamon, and flint. Over time, honeyed nuances emerge, while older vintages reveal noble leather and truffle tones.
- Palate: Broad and precise, structured and mineral, with remarkable depth and length — a direct expression of Corton’s limestone soils.
- Finish: Long, saline, complex, and harmonious. Exceptional aging capacity of several decades.
