12–18 months of élevage in 400–500 L oak barrels,
calibrated new oak: approx. 30% for Village wines; 50–80% for Grands Crus,
bottling without filtration to preserve density, texture and ageing potential.

Oak is used as an accompaniment, never a signature: a precise hand that sculpts the wine without weighing it down.
