Since 2006 the Domaine Vincent et Sophie Morey has been producing in Santenay from different appellations, including great wines such as Chassagne-Montrachet. Strengthened by the work done, the 2007 harvest marks the first vintage harvest.
The land where the wines are produced are located in the Côte d'Or department, the heart of the Côte des Blancs. The vineyards extend over approximately 20 hectares, in the villages of Cheilly-les-Maranges, Santenay, Chassagne-Montrachet, Saint Aubin and Puligny-Montrachet. The production preserves the traditional aspect in every phase of the work of winemakers: from the harvest to the artisanal vinification in barrels.
The wines of Vincent Dureuil-Janthial have set new benchmarks for the Rully appellation – not surprising given the quality of the sites that Vincent controls and his tireless work in the vineyard.
The domaine controls 1.71ha of Chardonnay in Le Meix Cadot, the largest of the 1er Crus (5.96ha) on the mini plateau east of the village; 2ha of the Mazières vineyard farther east.
According to Jean-Francois Coche, “If I see his name on a wine list, I don’t give it a second thought and simply order his wine.”
Domaine Weinbach is one of the top wine producers of Alsace, and is located in the village of Kaysersberg.

The domaine has vines in 4 Grands Crus:
Domenico Clerico’s small estate is situated in Monforte d’Alba, right in the heart of Barolo.
Domenico commenced production in 1979.
The estate’s current portfolio features cru Barolos, including Ciabot Mentin Ginestra, Pajanà, and Percristina; a Barolo cuvée; Dolcetto and Barbera bottlings; and Piemonte’s second Nebbiolo-Barbera blend, Arte.
Selected for its proven reputation and endless potential, Paolo Panerai purchased the Castellare di Castellina in the late 1970s. Under his guidance and constant attention, the winery grew into one of Tuscany’s most innovative producers. Their flagship wine, I Sodi di San Niccolò, pushes the limits, proving that native grapes can produce a product with just as much power and grace.
The wine captures the unimaginable greatness of the Sangioveto (Sangiovese) grape. Along with their award winning wines, the Castellare di Castellina’s property is absolutely beautiful. A trip to the vineyard will impress any nature-lover.
You can observe the natural environment that surrounds this wonderful winery within their wildlife refuge. The estate’s appreciation of nature is even further exhibited with a different bird representing each vintage on their labels.

"Domìni Veneti is the name used for the best wines in the winery’s range. These wines are named after the lands ruled by the Serenissima Republic of Venice in the 16th century when it was at the height of its power. The Valpolicella area came under its rule around that time. "

Dominique Laurent doesn't own any vines (except a tiny Chardonnay plot in Meursault), and he depends on the wines that he can buy from growers. He pays a premium for old-vine cuvées and enriches these wines according to a formula that relies heavily on aging the wine on the lees for an extended period before bottling. Dominique Laurent's wines are expensive, but he has earned a spot in the top tier of Burgundy producers.
