  • Bodegas LAN

    The year 1972 Bodegas LAN is founded and named after the initials of the 3 provinces in the Rioja Designation of Origin: Logrono (now La Rioja) Alava and Navarra.

    It is located in the heart of Rioja Alta which is synonymous with tradition and prestige.

  • Bodegas Leda

    Leda is a new bodega as the first vintage released was the 1998. The age of the vines used to make Leda always exceeds 50 years and some are even pre-phyloxera, 100 years old !

    Only 24000 bottles were made in 1998. In 1999, 50 000 bottles will be made, the maximum potential for Bodegas Leda. 

  • Bodegas Los Astrales

    The wines of Bodegas Astrales in the RIbera del Duero are made from the 29 hectares of vineyard that the winery owns in the best estates of Anguix, in the heart of the Ribera del Duero.

    They are vineyards planted in bush, in the most traditional style of the land, and with ages over 80 years of age.

  • Bodegas Mambrilla

    Bodegas Mambrilla produces Alidis Wines in Ribera del Duero since the 16th century.

    The vineyard is composed of 50 ha with very select vines that can reach past 50 years of age.

  • Bodegas Mauro

    Bodegas MAURO is located in the Duero river valley at Tudela, a few miles to the south of the city of Valladolid.

    The vineyards cover 30 hectares with 90% Tempranillo, 5% Grenache, and 5% Syrah. Many of the vines are 60 years old and more.

    Only about 90 000 bottles are made. Demand is so strong that each vintage is usually sold out within 3 months of release.

    Their flagship cuvee, the Mauro Terreus is sourced from a single vineyard of old-vine Tempranillo produced only in the better vintages.

  • Bodegas Melis

    The main vineyard of Cellers Melis is located in a outstanding domaine in Priorat between 270 meters and 400 meters altitud, , with pronouced slate terraces (“licorella), which contribute to produce the high intensity and mineral notes of the best Priorat wines. 

    Cellers Melis harvested its first vintage in 2004.

  • Bodegas Pago de Carraovejas

    Pago de Carraovejas (“Pago” is a Spanish word for Estate) is one of the most well-regarded winery estates in Spain, with a reputation of producing consistently fine wines in the Ribera del Duero D.O. 

    The estate counts nowadays with 160 hectares of south-southeast facing vineyards, at an elevation of 850 meters above sea level. They plant mostly Tempranillo (or Tinta del País), but also have Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot vines.

    Bodegas Peñalba López: Exceptional Wines from Ribera del Duero

    Bodegas Peñalba López, located in Aranda de Duero at the heart of the Ribera del Duero wine region, is a family-owned winery known for producing exceptional biodynamic and organic wines. Founded in 1975, the Peñalba López family transformed Finca Torremilanos, a historic estate dating back to 1903, into a key player in the production of premium wines in the region.

    Production Philosophy

    The winery practices sustainable farming, cultivating 195 hectares of vineyards using biodynamic methods without irrigation, herbicides, or pesticides. This approach highlights the authenticity of the Ribera del Duero terroir, one of the most prestigious wine regions in Castilla y León, irrigated by the Río Duero.

    Recognition and Achievements

    Bodegas Peñalba López played a key role in the establishment of the Ribera del Duero Denomination of Origin in 1982. Led by Pilar Pérez Albéniz, who won the inaugural 'Ribera Heritage' award in 2019, the winery combines family tradition with innovation to produce wines that capture the richness and complexity of the terroir.

  • Bodegas Pintia

    Vega Sicilia’s owners, the Álvarez family, bought Bodegas Pintia in 1996, attracted to the galetstrewn terroir in the north Spanish wine region of Toro, the rich clay subsoils and the familiar altitude.
