One of the great names in Rhône, the Jamet Estate exploits 16 different parcels, in Côte Rôtie, among which the renowned Côte Brune.

Gilles is the 3rd generation of this family domaine. He began at domaine in 1982 and has run the domaine completely since 1998. The domaine owns 10 ha 50 of vineyards.
Jean Boillot & Fils is a 30-acre domaine in Volnay. It is run by Henri Boillot, son of Jean and brother of Jean-Marc of Pommard. The estate is almost entirely Premier Crus.

Located in Ballard Canyon, Santa Ynez Valley, Jonata spans 586 acres, with 84 under vine. Since 2000, winemaker Matt Dees has led the estate with an innovative and detail-focused approach.
A singular terroir: Careaga sandstone soils

A new generation winemaker in Pouilly-Fumé
Located in Les Loges, in the heart of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation, Jonathan Didier Pabiot represents the fifth generation of his family at the estate. Since 2005, he has embraced organic and biodynamic viticulture, earning certification in 2010 and refining a style that focuses on the purity and tension of Sauvignon Blanc.
His wines are crafted with native yeasts, long lees ageing, and minimal intervention — all to express the distinct identity of each terroir.
Terroir & vineyard work
The estate covers 21 hectares across five communes: Les Loges, Tracy, Villiers, Saint-Laurent, and Charenton. Soils include kimmeridgian marl, silex, caillottes, and white clay-limestone.
No herbicides or synthetic products are used, and the vineyard work follows the rhythms of nature, with a focus on biodiversity and soil vitality.
