Established in 1973 by Éloi Dürrbach near Saint-Étienne-du-Grès, Domaine de Trévallon is today considered a cult wine from Provence. Known for its unique blends and exceptional terroir in the Alpilles region, Trévallon wines are highly sought-after by collectors and wine enthusiasts.
The Trévallon Rouge, made from 50% Syrah and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, stands out due to its remarkable balance, combining Mediterranean intensity with Bordeaux-style elegance. Its limited production (~45,000 bottles per year) makes it a rare and coveted wine on the secondary market.

The Trévallon Blanc, an elegant blend of Marsanne, Roussanne, with touches of Chardonnay and Grenache Blanc, offers freshness, minerality, and exceptional aging potential. With only 6,000-7,000 bottles produced annually, it ranks among the rarest great white wines of Provence.

Each Trévallon bottle features a unique artistic label created by renowned artist René Dürrbach, father of the winery’s founder. These labels are highly valued by collectors, adding aesthetic and cultural value to each bottle.
Trévallon has always employed organic viticulture, without pesticides or herbicides, using traditional whole-cluster fermentation, natural fermentations, and extended aging in large oak barrels. This artisanal approach ensures wines that are pure, authentic, and profoundly expressive of their terroir.
The de Villaines farm three appellations within the Côte Chalonaise, namely Bouzeron (Aligoté), Rully (Chardonnay and Pinot Noir) and Mercurey (Pinot Noir).
Their single-vineyard parcels are stunning examples of what this complex and amazing terroir can yield. Though their wines are quite enjoyable young, their ability to age well is what one might expect from a master such as de Villaine.
Much of this is due to both the diversity of his vinestock and his organic and biodynamic methodology in the vineyards, both of which Aubert stands by with great conviction. He also ferments his Mercureys and Rully rouge in wood tanks, a style adopted from DRC.
Domaine des Bosquets has deep historical roots in Gigondas. It was first mentioned as a vineyard site in 1376.
The average age of his vines is 50 years old, and the soils range (Julien has mapped 14 different terroirs) from sand to various gravels and types of clay – some with high levels of chalk. Average yields are 23 hl/ha for vines destined for the village Gigondas, while it drops down to as low as 15 hl/ha for some of the parcel wines.
Domaine des Chezeaux was established in 1982 from the holdings of the Mercier family, who continue to run the estate under SNV des Chézeaux. Located in the Côte de Nuits region of Burgundy, the domaine is particularly notable for being the largest owner of Griotte-Chambertin, one of the most prestigious vineyards in the area.
The estate’s vineyards, which include renowned plots in Gevrey-Chambertin, Chambolle-Musigny, and Morey-Saint-Denis, are now leased to other producers. Notably, Domaine Ponsot manages several top sites, including Le Chambertin, Clos St. Denis, and 57% of the Griotte-Chambertin.
The wines of Domaine des Chezeaux are crafted with respect for Burgundy’s traditional winemaking methods, while also embracing modern, sustainable viticulture practices. The estate produces wines from old vines, with a focus on Pinot Noir for red wines and Chardonnay for whites. Hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts, the wines are aged in oak barrels, resulting in wines that are elegant, complex, and capable of aging gracefully.
Domaine des Chezeaux is highly regarded by Burgundy enthusiasts for producing wines that authentically express the terroir, with a particular emphasis on elegance and finesse, making them both approachable in their youth and suitable for long-term cellaring.
Spanning 17 hectares, the domaine boasts prestigious parcels in Meursault such as Clos de la Barre and Désirée, as well as iconic Premier Crus like Bouchères, Porusots, Gouttes d'Or, Charmes, Genevrières, and Perrières.
