From 2012, Petit Figeac officially became the second wine of Château Figeac and therefore enjoys all the care given to the great wine of the estate.

The modest and deep thinking Claude Papin is a master of Chenin Blanc in all its guises from bone dry to lusciously sweet.
His focus is to produce wines which truly reflect their individual origins alongside their varietal character.
Guy Tesseron bought Pontet-Canet in 1975. Helped by the prestigious heritage left by his predecessors and determined to maintain its renown, he devoted all his care and attention to this growth.
Since 1982, the château produces a second label: Château les Hauts de Pontet" made from the vineyard's young vines, which is named from 2000 on "les Hauts de Pontet-Canet."
