Tasting notes

"A blend of 95% Carignano and 5% Bovaleddu which ferments in stainless steel and ages in barrques for 16-18 months and then another 12 months in the bottle. The wine has an intense, bold ruby color while the aroma is pronounced with initial scents of underbrush which then open to spicy and even citrus notes. With breathing a scent of clove emerges. The mouthfeel is bold and gratifying."
