INFORMATIONS ABOUT THE ESTATE

The Domaine du Clos des Fées, founded by Hervé Bizeul in 1998, is located in the Côtes du Roussillon and Côtes Catalanes regions, spanning nearly 30 hectares. The estate has quickly become one of the most renowned names in the region, known for its exceptional wines and commitment to sustainable viticulture. Hervé Bizeul, an acclaimed former sommelier and journalist, was named "Best Young Sommelier of France" in 1997, and his expertise in wine has been a key factor in the rapid success of the estate.

The Clos des Fées is particularly famous for its prestigious cuvée, "La Petite Sibérie", a rare, high-quality wine that is highly sought after by collectors and wine connoisseurs due to its rarity and high price. The estate cultivates iconic regional grape varieties, including Grenache, Carignan, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, on clay-limestone terroirs that impart complexity and finesse to its wines.
