Tasting notes

This wine is mainly blended fram Syrah and smooth Grenache Noir of 30 to 50 years of ag e. Its robe is almost black, the flavours are very rich. On the pallet this wine unveils it’s ampleness and its considerable mellowness. The Clôt de l’Amandier shows a lot of charm today, but can be aged for numerous years. Pairs perfectly with lamb, game or chocolate.
