Dominique Derain, grandson of a winemaker, is a pioneering figure in organic and biodynamic viticulture in Burgundy. His domaine, established in 1988 and certified biodynamic from the first harvest in 1989, produces wines that reflect the unique terroir of Burgundy with authenticity and minimal intervention.
