Gevrey-Chambertin 1er cru Estournelles Saint Jacques V.V. 2017 - domaine Duroché

Tasting notes

"A high-toned nose is comprised of the essence of red pinot fruit cut with pretty floral, spice and forest floor wisps. The sleek, intense and overtly mineral-suffused flavors display good verve, delineation and finishing persistence but not the depth I'm used to seeing. It may well develop but this is presently a bit one-dimensional."
