Sylvie Esmonin is an energetic and passionate winemaker, deeply rooted in tradition. The Domaine Sylvie Esmonin is fully organic, though not certified, reflecting her commitment to natural and sustainable viticulture.

The estate spans five hectares in Gevrey-Chambertin, with a significant plot of the Premier Cru Clos Saint-Jacques, located just behind the family house’s garden. This exceptional vineyard produces some of the most sought-after wines in the region.
