"The 2017 Meursault Les Tessons is superb—a wine that will be high up on my personal shopping list in this vintage—wafting from the glass with a reserved bouquet of green orchard fruit, lemon oil, crushed chalk and almond paste. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, deep and layered, with a concentrated, tight-knit core and an almost electric sense of energy, concluding with a long, tangy finish. As usual, it surpasses many of the appellation's premiers crus."
