"The 2015 Mazis-Chambertin Grand Cru comes from vines located just below the 0.07-hectare parcel owned by the Hospices de Beaune. It feels much more backward and sultry compared to the Charmes-Chambertin, though as it unfolds it reveals fine precision and focus. The palate is defined by a silver bead of acidity, very elegant and poised with a mineral-rich finish. (...)"
