Weingut Donatsch, located in the Grisons region of Switzerland, is a winery led by Thomas Donatsch, a 4th-generation winemaker. Renowned for its innovative approach, the estate is particularly famous for its Chardonnay Selvenen, a rare wine that resulted from an accidental planting in the 1970s when Thomas mistakenly planted Chardonnay thinking it was Pinot Blanc. This wine is especially praised for its minerality, freshness, and complexity, offering excellent aging potential.

The estate also produces other remarkable wines such as Pinot Noir Passion, known for its elegant structure and aging potential. The Completer, a rare indigenous grape variety, completes this exceptional selection. These wines, produced with sustainable viticulture practices and low yields, are perfect for collectors of fine wines.
