La Quinto do Noval
Quinta do Noval is unusual among the great traditional Port houses in that it emphasizes the importance of the vineyard. It is significant that the company is named after its vineyard, that it is entirely based on the Douro Valley, and that its principal Vintage Ports, Quinta do Noval Nacional and Quinta do Noval, are both single-vineyard wines. The aim is to produce classic Vintage Ports that are harmonious and elegant expressions of Quinta do Noval’s terroir. Strict selection in the vineyard, low yields, and strict selection again in the tasting room result in a small production.”

In 1977 the family Rivetti took up residence at La Spinetta (top of the hill) in Castagnole Lanze.
1985 La Spinetta made its first red wine, Barbera Cà di Pian.
In 2001 LA SPINETTA expanded over the borders of Piedmont and acquired 65 hectares of vineyards in Tuscany.

La Vinya del Vuit
Vinya del Vuit is a project of Sara, Rene and 6 other young friends from the region. The project commenced in 2001 with the purchase of an outrageously uneconomical old vineyard.
Vinya del Vuit produces 2000 bottles per vintage and is defined as an 'art' wine because of its connection to viticulture, history and packaging.

Laurent Tribut
When Laurent Tribut married Marie-Clotilde Dauvissat, the daughter of René Dauvissat, he joined the family´s winemaking tradition.
Long ago, the Dauvissats purchased excellent AOC Chablis vineyards adjoining their own premier crus to give their children the opportunity to become viticulturists.
With just 6 hectares the quantities are small - but the quality of all the cuvées is extraordinary. Pure, powerfully driven, classically shaped there is more than a passing similarity to the wines of his brother-in-law, the head-line grabbing Vincent Dauvissat.
