Most wanted wine estate by region:
Domaine Henri Gouges is arguably the most famous domaine in Nuits St. Georges.
The domaine consists of 14.5 hectares of vineyards and includes holdings in 6 Nuits St. Georges 1er Crus.
Production is small, with demand invariably outstripping supply and consequently wines from this domaine are becoming increasingly difficult to find.
Henri Magnien et Fils has incredible holdings in some of the most hallowed vineyards. We are honoured to have fantastic Premier Cru parcels in Gevrey including Estournelles St-Jacques, Les Cazetiers and Les Champeaux.
The domaine covers 13.5 hectares in the Côte de Nuits, with exactly 5.28 hectares of that classified as Grand Cru. Theirs is one of the largest holdings in Gevrey-Chambertin, and they go back a long way
The domaine produces both reds and whites and now has 16.5 hectares of vineyards, mostly in St-Aubin but a few parcels in Chassagne-Montrachet and a tiny plot in the Grand Cru Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet.
The domaine owns 8.30 hectares principally in the villages of Morey Saint Denis (where their home and the cellars are located), Gevrey Chambertin and Chambolle Musigny.
Its fine wines are known for their concentration, depth and structure.
The estate comprises three vineyards, all with their own unique blueprint and personality: Le Haut-Lieu, Le Clos du Bourg and Le Mont.
Le Clos du Bourg, which was purchased by Gaston in 1953, is the oldest site in the appellation of Vouvray, dating back to the eighth century.
Domaine Humbert Frères in Burgundy is run by brothers Frédéric and Emmanuel, who operate from premises on the road up to the Combe de Lavaux, next to their cousin Bernard Dugat.
Sound wines have gained in precision and concentration in recent years, making this a good source of Gevrey-Chambertin from such vineyards as Charmes-Chambertin and premiers crus Craipillot, Estournelles-St-Jacques, Petite Chapelle and Poissenots.
Since 1481 , the Chave family reigns over the vineyards of the Hermitage. The Jean-Louis Chave area covers 15 hectares in which Hermitage third white ( 20% Roussanne and Marsanne 80% ) .
The red comes from the hermitage best " neighborhoods " of Beaume , the Ermite , and reflects the strength of Bessards.
In the finest vintages, Chave produces tiny amounts of a superexpensive luxury cuvée Cathelin.
Paul Jaboulet Aîné is a benchmark in the Northern Rhône, with the iconic Hermitage ‘La Chapelle’, one of the greatest wines ever produced.
"Since 1868, Domaine Jacques Prieur has created one of the rarest mosaics of terroirs in Burgundy. Today it is probably the only estate owning vineyards on the greatest appellations both of Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits: Chambertin, Musigny, Clos Vougeot, Echézeaux, Corton, Meursault or Montrachet. This amazing collection is completed by other prestigious appellations and 3 Clos Monopoles."

The Château de Chambolle-Musigny in the Domaine Jacques-Frédéric Mugnier has been in the Mugnier family since 1863.
From 2004 he has taken back the Nuits St Georges Clos de la Maréchale vineyard, on lease to Faiveley since 1950.
The Domaine is the second largest owner of le Musigny.
One of the great names in Rhône, the Jamet Estate exploits 16 different parcels, in Côte Rôtie, among which the renowned Côte Brune.
Their wines should be taste rather after several years of ageing.
