Most wanted wine estate by region:
Domaine de Ferrand is considerably small with only 7.5 hectares of Châteauneuf-du-Pape vineyards spread over 6 parcels in 4 lieux dits, half of which are 45 year vines and half are 95 to 110 year old vines.
The domaine is situated in the village of Calce, in the Vin-de-Pays appellation of Coteaux des Fenouilledes. As the name of the village suggests, the soils in this area are predominantly chalky and are suitable for both red and white wines.
Garald Gauby , the magus of Calce, has pursued biodynamic viticulture for over ten years and has an encyclopaedic knowledge of a tapestry of terroirs
The domain de l'Arlot was made from vineyards previously owned by the négociant Jules Belin.
The Clos des Forêts Saint Georges covers a surface of 7.20 hectares, all in one piece. It is a unique terroir in a privileged location which right from its origin has made one of the greatest Nuits Saint Georges wines.
L'Aventure was founded in 1998 by a French winemaker, Stephan Asseo. After Stephan graduated enology school in Burgundy, the Asseo family bought their first estate, Domaine de Courteillac, in the Bordeaux area in 1982.

Domaine de l’Hortus is owned by the Orliac family, headed up by Jean and Martin, one of the first people to realise the potential of this area.
In total, they now have 55 hectares of vines, split over two sites.
The main vineyard area is near the winery, where Mourvèdre grows on the scree slope under the Montagne de l’Hortus, whereas Grenache and Syrah are grown on a northeast facing slope under the Pic St Loup, with a cooler microclimate.
One of the benchmark estates in the Rhone Valley, Domaine de la Janasse is run by the talented brother/sister pair of Christophe and Isabelle Sabon.
Located in the northeastern portion of the region, near Courthezon, they produce an incredible range of wines, from their Vin de Pays, to their Cotes du Rones and world-class Chateauneuf du Papes, all of which are noteworthy.
Based in the Southern Rhone appellation of Tavel, Christophe and Fabrice Delorme make, as one would expect, delicious rosé wine in addition to a very fine Lirac and an excellent Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
Today the domaine has 40 hectares of vineyards (3 hectares in Châteauneuf-du-Pape)
The Châteauneuf-du-Pape Cuvée de la Reine des Bois is a limited bottling only produced in the very finest years.
The history of Pousse d’Or in Volnay underscores its influence throughout the ages. In 1855, the winery was part of a larger domaine that included such names as Romanée-Conti and Clos de Tart.

A little over twenty years ago, Jacques Tatasciore took over the Domaine de la Rochette, in Cressier (Neuchâtel), with the ambition of producing great Pinot Noir wines that reflect their terroir with finesse and elegance, like great Burgundy wines.
He works with 3 cuvées: Les Rissieux, Les Margiles and Vieilles Vignes, in extremely limited quantities.

A rarity in Chateauneuf du Pape, this large estate has one single holding of 38 hectares all situated in the lieu-dit called La Solitude, which is adjacent to the famed rocky plateau of La Crau (the earliest maturing and most precocious terroir of the appellation).
The Domaine makes four red Chateauneuf-du-Pape cuvees: Tradition, Cuvee Barberini, Cuvee Cornelia Constanzia and Cuvee Reserve Secrete.
