Most wanted wine estate by region:
Two cousins, Stéphane Reynard and Dany Varone, run the Cornulus estate. They manage 35 acres (14 ha) spread over 250 terraced vineyards in the heart of Valais.
These vineyards are uniquely situated in very steep and sunny locations, such as the great Clos of Corbassières on the slopes of Mount Orge near Sion.
The origins of the Courbis family estate date back to the 16th century. More recently, the brothers Dominique and Laurent Courbis succeeded their father, Maurice, in the early 1990s.
The Cornas Champelrose derives mostly from vines near the base of Cornas slope.
Domaine d'Eugénie is the reincarnation of the famed Domaine Engel.

Château Latour President Frédéric Engerer also directs the new Domaine Eugénie along with his second in command, régisseur Michel Mallard.
Romano Dal Forno only established his estate in 1983.
From 8 hectares of vineyard this vigneron-winemaker gets the best out of the Corvina and Rondinella varieties with small yields and rigorous selection during the harvesting.
The house speciality is Amarone, but he makes Valpolicella with the same care as well.
The fruit from the estate's younger vines goes into the Valpolicella, while Amarone is made from vineyards that range from 10 to 30 years of age.
"What is Amarone della Valpolicella to you ? A wine that you cannot discuss. It's an emotion, and emitions cannot be discussed".
The art of winemaking must be in the blood of brothers Benoit and Sébastien Danjou-Banessy – grapes and vines have been a part of their family heritage for generations.
In the 1950s, Benoit and Sébastien’s grandfather had bought further vineyards and created a “library” of rancios. Benoit worked alongside his grandfather until they produced their final vintage together in 2000.
The wine production method is fully biodynamic and non-interventionist and has been for generations. All of these factors lead to delicious wines that are lively, elegant and softly textured.
René-Jean Dard and François Ribo, founded their estate in 1984.
Started from just a single hectare, the estate is today composed of 9 hectares of vines, with parcels in the appellations of Saint-Joseph, Crozes-Hermitage and Hermitage.
The wines always show brilliantly in their youth, driven by their fruit and freshness, but they also age divinely!
