  • Domaine Bonneau du Martray

    Today the domaine covers 11.09 hectares, all in one continuous holding located on the Pernand side of the great Corton hill, of which 9.50 hectares are Corton-Charlemagne and the remainder Corton.

    Yields are severely restricted and in the cuverie as many as 16 different parcels of grapes are vinified separately in order for their respective "terroirs" to be reflected in the wine. 

  • Domaine Bosquet des Papes

    Since 1860 the Boiron family has made wine at the property. Through 5 generations the domain has been handed over from father to son.

    The domain covers about 40 different parcels - a total of 32 ha.

    Bouchard’s total holdings comprise 130 hectares, including 12ha of grand crus and 74ha of premier crus, which makes them the largest vineyard owners in the Côte d’Or.

    In 1995 the Champagne house, Joseph Henriot, acquired the company and quality has risen as a consequence.

    Bruno Clair runs one of the largest domaines in Burgundy as it covers 23 hectares and includes vineyards that extend from Marsannay to Savigny.

    The reds are full and rich and well balanced.The range never disappoints and Bruno is a meticulous winemaker who seeks purity and balance. Definitely one of Burgundy's top producers.

    Bruno Giacosa cellars are in Nieve and he has just over 17 hectares of vines in Barbaresco and Barolo. He also buys in grapes from other growers.

    Wines produced from owned vineyards are bottled under the label Azienda Agricola Falletto (di Bruno Giacosa), wines from bought grapes or from grapes from leased vineyards under the label Casa Vinicola Bruno Giacosa.

    "Bruno Giacosa is unquestionably one of the greatest winemakers of our time. Producing word-class wines ofr a half-century, he has become known as the "genious of Neive", and deservedly so. His non-reserve (white label) and reserve (red label) Barbarescos and Barolos are considered some of the best wines made today."

    Family domaine of 18 hectares (including 12 of grand crus in the commune of Gevrey-Chambertin) dating from 1732.

  • DOMAINE CATHERINE & DOMINIQUE DERAIN

    Dominique Derain, the grandson of a vine-grower, and his wife Catherine manage a 5.5 hectare vineyard in Saint-Aubin. He is one of the pioneers of biodynamics in Burgundy - his domaine has been certified since the first harvest in 1989.     The grand niece of the late Henri Jayer,  Cecile Tremblay is quickly becoming Burgundy’s next super star winemaker.

    Cécile first bottled wines in 2002 and in a very short period of time her small production cuvees became sought after by the best restaurants in Paris.

  • domaine Charles Joguet

    Charles Joguet took over his family's mixed farm while studying art in Paris, following the death of his father. The eponymous domaine was founded in 1957. He did away with the other forms of agriculture to concentrate on grape production.
