  • Château Tirecul la gravière

    It was in the winter of 1992 that Claudie and Bruno Bilancini had the extraordinary luck of being able to lease one of the top sites in Monbazillac, the Cru de Tirecul, one of the ancient premier cru sites in the AOC.

    Now, Tirecul la Graviere is recognized as the top property of the AOC. Most notably, Robert Parker has awarded the property two 100 point scores and compared it with Sauterne’s Chateau d’Yquem.

  • Château Tour de Pez

    Château Tour de Pez is praised as one of the best AOC Saint-Estèphe by the professionals. As its wines are found on the finest french or foreign tables.

    The property's flagship wine, Moulin des Dames is made from a 3.5 hectare plot near Gendres, characterized by a high proportion of limestone.

  • Château Trotte Vieille

    Situated below Château Troplong Mondot, the name of the estate is suggested to derive from la trotte vieille (English: old trotting lady), invoking a story of an elderly woman who once regularly trotted by nearby roads.

    The vineyard area extends 10 hectares (25 acres) with a grape variety distribution of 50% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.

    Of the Grand vin, Château Trotte Vieille, and the second wine, La Vieille Dame de Trotte Vieille, there is a total annual production of 3,000 cases.

  • Château Vieux Taillefer

    The 4.8 hectares of vineyards belonging to Château Vieux Taillefer, made up of Saint-Émilion Grand Cru, were bought at the end of 2006 by Catherine and Philippe Cohen. They settled in this terroir combining clay-limestone and crasse de fer (ferruginous sandstone) land in Vignonet on the banks of the river in the Libournais. The estate, produces three wines: Château Vieux Taillefer, Pavillon de Taillefer and Blanc du Château Vieux Taillefer. Fans of Bourgogne wines, the Cohens wanted to produce fruitful, pleasurable wines, unlike the usual Bordeaux classics.

  • CHICHIBU

    Independent & family-ownedIt was in 2007 that Ichiro Akuto, grandson of the founder of the Hanyu distillery, built a new distillery in the north-west of Tokyo, in Saitama Prefecture. Named Chichibu, it brought to a close several decades marked by the closure of numerous production sites, and enabled Ichiro Akuto to renew his family's history of expertise. Despite its small size (production capacity of 80,000 LPA/yr), Chichibu quickly drew attention and became highly sought-after. It was under the name “New Born” that Ichiro sold exclusively his malt for three years. In 2011, the first edition of a small batch Chichibu named The First was released (7,400 bottles). It was immediately welcomed by distributors and the world's whisky enthusiasts, putting Chichibu on the fast-track to becoming a distillery with strong potential as a collectible. Since then, Ichiro has released numerous single casks to respond to consumer demand, increasing the distillery's appeal among collectors.

  • Christian Hermann

    Christian Hermann completed his first year in 1990 at Fläsch GR. Thanks to his constant pursuit of quality, he has long been one of the leading Swiss winemakers of the new generation. His wines are convincing with their fruitiness, elegance and finesse. Today, Christian Hermann manages around 4.3 hectares of vineyards in the Bündner Herrschaft wine region. 3.3 hectares are planted with Pinot Noir, the others with Chardonnay and Riesling.

  • Christian Tschida

    The winery is located in the Neusiedler See part of Burgenland, the eastern most point of Austria, more traditionally known for red and sweet wine production.

    They cultivated 30 hectares of wine area and pressed sweet wine out of Welschriesling, Chardonnay, Sämling (Scheurebe), Muskat Ottonel, Traminer and Weißburgunder. They vinify dry and tartaric red wine from Zweigelt and Cabernet Sauvignon.
