Rule n°1: claims

Even though our wines are stored in ideal conditions with the upmost care, due to the age of most of our wines we cannot replace cork bottles. 

Rule n°2: warranty

For each product a clear picture will be provided on our website, so you can see exactly what you are buying.

If several of the same product is available in stock, a picture will be shown of the bottle the least-well perserved (showing the liquid level in the bottle, the label and its closure).

Rule n°3: prices

Prices shown on our website are in Swiss Francs (CHF) with Swiss VAT (8%) but do not include delivery charges.

However, for delivery outside Switzerland, the prices shown will be automatically out of taxes. The VAT of your country will be asked at the border.

Prices in currencies on the website other than Swiss francs are for informational purposes only and do not represent any offer by Word Web Wines or any binding conversion rate.

Rule n° 4: payment

For those who don't wish to pay for their orders by card, it is possible to pay by bank transfer within 10 days (all relevant information is provided when you place your order).

It is also possible to come to the shop to collect your order (Avenue des Morgines, 35) or at our cellars (Vieux Carouge). When you order, please state if you wish delivery or if you are collecting.

For our top clients, we can offer payment terms of 30 days. This is offered only to our top customers.  If cases of late-payment, interest may be applied.

Rule n° 5: Ownership

World Web Wines SA will remain the owners of the merchandise until payment has been received in full. Orders that have been paid for, can be held by World Web Wines, if there are any previous outstanding invoices, and released once payment has been made.

Rule n° 6: delivery costs

Delivery charges will be automatically calculated on our website. See examples of the rates charged by World Web Wines below (prices include VAT). Prices for 2015-2016:

2 bottles: 12 .-
3 bottles: 13 .-
4-6 bottles: 20 .-
7-12 bottles: 23 .-
1 magnum: 15 .-
1 double magnum: 23 .-

For orders of a valuehigher than 1000 francs, postage will be free of charge.

Rule n° 7 : Protection of personal data

All information collected on our website will be treated in strict confidence.

Rule n° 8 : Minimum age

Any buyer placing an order on our website claims to have at least the minimum legal age to purchase alcohol in his country of residence . If World Web Wines discovered that this condition is not met , we will cancel the order immediately , without notice.

Rule n° 9 : Availability of our wines

We do our best to maintain our stock accurate on a daily basis in order not to disappoint our clients. However, in case of problems related to a shortage, we can not be held responsible .

Rule n°10 : International Package Refusal Management Rule

For deliveries outside of Switzerland and due to high import fees, in case of any issue with the delivery, please contact us before refusing a package (unless the package is damaged). Returning the package to Switzerland incurs significant costs, and these fees, including import taxes, will unfortunately be charged to you.

Rule n° 11 : Juridiction

Any disputes arising from or in connection to this contract shall be exclusively judged by the competent court of Geneva (Switzerland).
