For orders of a value higher than 1000 francs, postage will be free of charge. In this case, please use the voucher 1J4NBS5V in order to avoid shipment fees.

Transport costs include packaging in cardboard boxes specially designed to protect the bottles in transit, and insurance against loss or breakage.

If your order is a gift, we can offer you various gift options (special gift wrapping, wooden boxes, a card with your message...); you can make your choices on the "Gift options" page while providing the information required for placing your order.

2) Delivery time (for Switzerland)

World Web Wines is committed to the delivery of your products in the best conditions . Thus, the bottles will be packed with great care.From Monday to Thursday , your order will be shipped within 48 hours upon receipt of your payment. Orders made ​​from Friday to Sunday will be processed on Monday.

In case of delay , you will be notified by email. The order will be sent to the address specified by the buyer during the validation of the order. It is therefore important to check the information received at that moment .

It usually takes at least a 3 to 5 working days for a delivery in Europe (only for France, Italy, Great Britain, Germany). Moreover, somethimes, some parcels are stopped at the borders and it can take several days more.
