A polished, creamy, yet palpably chalky and brightly fresh-fruited palate offers a sumptuous saturation of black and red fruits with inner-mouth aromatic accents of cherry pit, pistachio, flowers and citrus zest. (...)"

The heart of the 12 hectare Roumier domaine, as always, lies in Chambolle-Musigny. Their cherished parcels include structured magnificent consistent Bonnes-Mares, outstanding but more variable Musigny, fragrant complex Les Amoureuses, and unique Clos de la Bussiere (monopole) among others. 

The winemaker at the Domaine Georges Roumier is the 52 year old Christophe, son of Jean-Marie.

The wines are seductively fruity in their youth yet with excellent ageing potential.
