"The 2005 Cyclo is 100% Tempranillo sourced from two vineyards, one with 85-year-old vines and the other with 150-year-old vines. The grapes were fermented with native yeasts and the wine spent 18 months in new barriques. Purple/black in color, the wine has a superb perfume of wood smoke, toast, vanilla, floral notes, mineral, blackberry, and licorice.(...)."

Production Philosophy

The winery practices sustainable farming, cultivating 195 hectares of vineyards using biodynamic methods without irrigation, herbicides, or pesticides. This approach highlights the authenticity of the Ribera del Duero terroir, one of the most prestigious wine regions in Castilla y León, irrigated by the Río Duero.
