The 2016 Domaine Perrot-Minot Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru "Les Beaux Monts" is a refined Pinot Noir from the Côte de Nuits in Burgundy. The terroir of "Les Beaux Monts," with its clay-limestone soils, imparts a harmonious balance of power and elegance. In the glass, it shows a medium garnet color with a slightly tawny rim. The nose reveals complex aromas of black cherry, red licorice, menthol, and minerals, with a hint of fruity dark chocolate.
