Pure, fresh and crunchy, with ripe fruit aromas of cherries and red berries intertwined with leafy and stony notes on the coolish, refined and elegant nose, the 2017 Gamay L'Enfer de la Passion benefits enormously from aeration and becomes pretty seductive with air. The palate reflects the purity and freshness of the nose, showing a filigreed, salty-piquant and crunchy palate with refreshing phenolics and juicy, dry and crisp fruit.
