Pinot Noir The Beaux Frères Vineyard 2019 - domaine des Beaux Frères

Tasting notes

"The 2019 Pinot Noir The Beaux Frères Vineyard is super expressive this vintage, with scents of brambly fruit, rose petals, forest floor, sweet balsamic and blood orange. The palate has a weightless quality, its silty tannins and bright acidity highlighting an array of earthy accents, and it finishes very long."

INFORMATIONS ABOUT THE ESTATE

Domaine des Beaux Frères, established in 1986 in the Willamette Valley of Oregon, was founded by Michael Etzel and his brother-in-law, Robert Parker, the renowned wine critic. The domain specializes in Pinot Noir from 10.5 hectares of vineyards planted with Burgundian and Swiss clones. The wines are celebrated for their elegance, complexity, and aging potential. In 2017, Robert Parker's shares were acquired by Maisons & Domaines Henriot (a Champagne group), though Michael Etzel remains as president, with his son Mike Etzel joining him as associate winemaker. The Domaine des Beaux Frères continues to thrive as a family-run business focused on producing exceptional, terroir-driven wines.
