"The 2017 Riesling trocken Schlehdorn Unikat opens with the generosity and depth yet subtleness, purity, finesse and elegance of a great wine. Bottled a year ago, this is a round and elegant, creamy textured and charmingly juicy yet vital and energetic Riesling with a vibrating mineral nerve and herbal/floral flavors on the pure, crystalline, tensioned and persistently salty finish. A terrific, highly finessed and elegant dry Riesling from their oldest vines of the Sankt Nikolaus grand cru. "
