"The 2017 Riesling Trocken Landgeflecht Unikat, tasted from a bottle that was opened a week earlier, shows intensely aromatic yet refined and elegant fruit with a lovely touch of oxidation. Rich and round on the refined, crystalline and salty palate, this is a spectacularly pure yet intense and mouth-filling Riesling with exciting finesse and mineral tension. It is somewhat restrained today (April 2020) but doubtlessly a great wine. "
