The history of Château la Conseillante began in 1735 when for love of her vineyard Catherine Conseillant decided to give it her name.

Colour, structure, tannin-balance, smoothness on the palate and long cellaring make the growths of la Conseillante extremly subtle wines.

Production : 70’000 bottles ;

Superficie : 12 ha ;

Age of the vines : 40 years;

Plantation density : 5'500 vines / ha;

Wine variety : 80% merlot, 20% cabernet franc;

Best vintages : 2012, 2010, 2009, 2005, 2000, 1990, 1989, 1959, 1949.
