"(...) The 2012 Nuits Saint-Georges 1er Cru Clos des Forêts Saint Georges from Domaine de l'Arlot was quite reduced on the nose. (...) The palate is medium-bodied with smooth, rounded tannin. I admire its brightness, as if it is making amends for the aromatics, the acidity and the copious red cherry and strawberry fruit flowing seamlessly towards the finish. (...)"
