Château-Chalon 2009 - Domaine Tissot (62 cl)

Tasting notes

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (Luis Gutierrez - déc. 2017) : 95/100.

The 2009 Château Chalon was sourced from a warmer and ripe vintage, and the wine is rich and different; even if 2009 has less alcohol than the 2010, you can taste the richness here. The balance of alcohol and acidity is better in 2010. This comes from 35-year-old vines in Château Chalon. It's a noteworthy effort, but I prefer the finesse of the 2010.
